At Seven Seeds, we strive for the highest quality in every batch; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only offer returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim.

Take clear photos of the damaged product and the original shipping packaging to help us process your request quickly.

Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 48 hours to determine if a refund or a replacement shipment is appropriate.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
